I'm not Springer, but I would say that T serials were produced from mid '97 well into '99 and so those 14060's and 14060M's that fall into that early changeover to Luminova could have a Swiss dial.Prefixes T, U, and A were likely being produced concurrently in '98. Well the only difference in any of the 14060 sub range in 2000 the change from the cal 3000 to the cal 3130 now called the 14060M the M stands for modified movement. Then the change to the 4 line chronometer tested ones but exactly the same movements to those that were not tested and the price changes over years.So just buy the best condition . A 14060 has one of the more simple dial layouts for a Rolex Sub, only two lines of text so half the margin for tells that you get with a four line dial.
